DESCRIPTION: E-Portfolios have been on most institutions radars for some time, and the pressure to adopt one continually increases. Wading through the options can be a daunting task. While proprietary solutions have a sales force that can show you the features they offer, open source solutions generally do not, yet many instructors, programs, and institutions have adopted them. This workshop will showcase several of the open source solutions that are available. Participants will learn about the various features each offers, how they are being used, and information on hosting options.
